Practitioner Level PDF Print E-mail

An APMP-Practitioner™ has the necessary experience to produce winning bids and proposals and is able to demonstrate their commitment to both the profession and to improving their skills in this area through continuous professional development. This level of accreditation is only open to APMP members who have achieved APMP-Foundation™ Level status.

Assessment Process

There are two parts to accreditation at APMP-Practitioner™ level:

  1. You must provide the name of a referee to the APMP (for example your line manager, a peer or a commissioning client) who is prepared to confirm that you have worked for at least three years in a bids and proposals environment. The APMP Assessor will contact your nominated referee to discuss a sample of your responses. The telephone conversation will be at a time convenient to your referee and will last no more than 15 minutes.
  2. You must provide the APMP with a completed Proposal Practitioner Assessment Questionnaire™ (PPAQ™) providing evidence to substantiate your application at this level. This PPAQ™ must be completed and submitted online.
